Darshn provides fitness, nutrition, logging, and AI-assisted recommendations for informational and motivational purposes only. Darshn does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional fitness or nutrition services.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for evaluating whether workouts, nutrition plans, and AI recommendations are appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant health, diet, or exercise changes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

If Darshn offers subscriptions or paid features, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by Apple, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Paid access may change over time as features evolve.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Darshn, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services, abuse AI or backend endpoints, upload unlawful content, or interfere with app operation.

6. AI output

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not rely on Darshn as your sole source of health, nutrition, or fitness decision-making.

7. Privacy

Your use of Darshn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Darshn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
